dental devices are slightly effective or somewhat works for people who sleep on their backs. if you are a side sleeper then you would not benefit. your tongue will collapse downward.
pat-100 is new home test from one israeli company. it measures your heart's abnormal behavior and gives you some feel of apneic behavior. quick test but expensive for one night loaner.
