It's good to hear that you are already seeing improvement in your sleep; I would expect that things only get better as the swelling goes down. Have you experienced much trouble with eating, talking, or pain during recovery? How long does your surgeon expect you to refrain from physical exertion, going to work, etc?

I wish you good luck getting rid of the kidney stone; that one definitely comes under the heading "life is not fair".
