Well, I got one just two weeks after requesting it, and it hurt like hell the next morning.

Don't think whatever small movement you teeth may have made matters. It hurts because it unnaturally moves your whole jaw forward.


Give it some more time...see if your insurance will cover a followup sleep test, and best of luck.
