Day two after LAUP surgery

Just to let you know that I went in for LAUP surgery yesterday (under general). The pain from my throat is not too bad as long as I am not talking, eating, drinking, yawning etc! My biggest problem is that I had become very dehydrated and unable to pee after the surgery - had to be catheterised overnight and they only let me home today after waiting 5 hours for me to produce a little trickle!!!! Oh what joy! I so hope this is going to be worth it
