Because many of us have had a variety of techniques and experiences, it would facilitate our response to know more of what you are expecting. For example, will you get a gennioglossal advancement (GA) with your MMA? What will be your method of fixation ? How long does your surgeon expect you will stay in CCU/ hospital , etc...
