Go to www.sleepsurgery.net and read the surgical procedures there. Also, do a back search on MMA in this forum.

Basically, an oral surgeon moves your jaws forward half an inch, making a much larger airway. It is a very invasive procedure, but if done for the right patient by the right doctor, it can really make a huge difference.

Thats your starting point. I ma sure you have lots of questions.. But I have virtually written a book in these posts, so look there first.
