Regarding the surgeon that you mention, since an earlier post of mine about him has already been deleted, I will not go into any more detail here. Let's just say I'm chuckling at the irony here.

Anyways, have you checked closer to home before making your decision to get your procedures done at Stanford? My understanding is the ENT in Seattle that is working on me (let's call him Dr. EW of HMC and UWP) is a close associate of the Stanford guys and is featured as the current "Research Star" by the American Academy of Otolaryngology on their site. I don't know if he does MMA's and GA's though.

As for the dental devices, let's just say what's on the market out there are not designed to suit extreme freaks of nature like myself.
