You've probably already read this in various places, but from what I've read, we're talking about moving your upper & lower jaws 1/2 inch or so. I would expect that to not make much of a visual difference, unless perhaps your chin already sticks out as much as you think is acceptable. I don't know of any pics other than westernjoe's.
