idiopathic hypersomnia

I have obstructive sleep apnea - I am using a cpap and have also had uppp surgery, now, I have been diagonsed with idiopathic hypersomnia and have been prescribed provigil, which is knocking me for a loop. Doe anyone else with this particular problem have some input on this?
