Is there aSerious down side to UP3?

i am also contemplating getting this surgery cos i am sick of Cpap not halping at all

i know the success rate is pretty low, but i am curious whether there is a serious downside to getting it? Is the worst that can happen that it fails? Or can the surgery actually make it worse?

Has anyone had this surgery and experienced long term nasal regurgitation, where food and water keep coming out your nose? that would be enough of a downside for me, but i dont know how rare it really is that this keeps happening in the long term
