For me...I had lots of plans. However, I was fatigued, lacked concentration and focus. Doing out of the house stuff and excursions are good for morale and building physical stamina...but even trips to Home Depot or Costco had to come with a shopping list as I would forget small items.

For me this lasted 3-4 weeks until I was more focused (this is without pain meds).

Others may have quicker tales of recovery...but generally I wouldn't plan a whole lot for the first two weeks.
