There are a lot of folks on here who are older than that who have had MMA.

If you are wondering whether your age is a factor, I would say not particularly, other than the typical longer recuperation/recovery from surgery. But that is true whether we are talking about heart surgery or a paper cut on your finger.

I don't know your specific situation, but you should see the same benefit from MMA regardless of your age.
