I think the UPPP is doable...and may have some benefits even though it may not provide a complete fix.

I see the problem with UPPPs in that they are aggressively advocated (by the ENTs)...and people expect them to work more effectively or more often than they do. If this doesn't happen, they become very disappointed...and give up on other solutions based on their UPPP experience.

Keep posting, because when there are people who've done well with a UPPP, we don't hear much from them.
