I guess it would be important to know why you gained the
weight. If you gained the weight because of the sleep apnea,
then presumably the sleep apnea would be there after you lost
the weight through gastric bypass.

Don't know much about gastric bypass(different website, I
think), but I assume it is one of those things where you should
try to lose weight the old fashioned way first.

I am sure you have tried, but if you haven't given it a good shot,
diet and exercise may help you get back to 200.
