Wow! What a descriptive account. This should help anyone who has MMA in their future feel more educated about the first week.

It sounds like your recovery is proceeding nicely. Good to know that the nasal congestion is clearing up. Mine lasted for many weeks, and I experienced recurrent bleeding (even two months later).

You might try scrambled eggs with cheese for a change of pace. I put salmon pate in there to give my taste buds a thrill. I found that six weeks of no chewing meant I had to get creative on food to keep from getting bored.
