You do have a real problem. Maybe you should consider another
option. Now, the general wisdom is that you should have an
oral surgeon who has done lots of MMA's for sleep apnea
perform the surgery...

However, the MMA for sleep apnea is basically the same as the
MMA for mal occlussion(bad bites). In fact, those operations
tend to be harder to do, because with the MMA the jaws are
moved forward.

England's top hospitals will likely have top oral surgeons who do
the MMA, just not for Apnea.

So, think of the BEST hospital in England. Look up the best
hospital and see who is the top oral surgeon,

Also, I recall that hospitals are much better in France than the
U.K...maybe look into that?
