For the uvula, I'd wait.

The swelling will bug you, but it'll go away soon. It is worse now because it is in a structure that is poorly drained and in a dependent position. As your body absorbs and drains the edema fluid from surgery, it will improve.

If you do something to your uvula, the post-procedure scarring could bug you worse than the swelling does now...and possibly for a long time.

As far as your OSA goes, the uvula is not a major player.

I wouldn't think that doing anything to it would be indicated (even some minor out-patient procedure).
