Yes,

You go to a barber, you get a haircut.

You go to an ENT, you get a UPPP.

You tend to recommend, perform, and advertise the solution that you have been trained in...and are used to performing. Hopefully, in the future, fellowship trained ENT surgeons will be more comfortable with newer treatments (like MMA/GAs)...and they will be more available than older procedures that are less effective.
