I am not sure if the obstruction is my soft palate or base of the tongue. Would the MMA help even if it was mostly the soft palate? (I'm sure the airway causes at least some of the problem).

Would you suggest going to Palo Alto for this? I really don't know if insurance would cover me because I'm considered "mild," yet I have tried multiple over option and am currently on full face CPAP.

I've also considered going to Stanford to have a consult and then finding a doctor in my area (Phoenix) to do the procedure.
