The prospects of an MMA sound more likely.

The GA is done using that technique. The chin is generally moved forward with the MMA/GA as an incidental occurence. In doing so, they might explant or downsize your chin prosthesis. You could have an MMA without a GA (although it might be less sound, surgically) and maybe preserve the implant (but that might lessen your odds of success).
