I'm using a combination of Pillar and a dental device to treat my sleep apnea. The Pillars will help stiffen your soft pallate making
it less floppy and keep it from falling back into your airway. I can adjust my dental device to pull my lower jaw forward and open
my lower airway. Currently, I'm advancing it 6mm. My lower airway is 10mm without any advancement.

Has your doctor placed a fiber optic scope in your nose/throat to determine where your obstructions are? Mine determined I had both
soft pallate and tongue base obstructions, so that's why I'm using the combination of Pillar and an adjustable dental device.

You should see a dentist who specializes in sleep apnea treatment who can help you out.
