I had the pillar done about a year ago, did not experience any improvement

i've been trying to get used to the dental device the last couple of weeks without much success. I did manage to sleep with it for about five or six hours one night, but most nights I wake up an hour or two, sort of gagging

I havent tried to adjust it yet, i was told to wear it for about a week before you do that.
