Adjusting Dental Device?

Posted by Thunder Bay on December 30, 2005 at 12:03:11:

I think I am going to adjust my dental device after having been wearing it for about a week at its original setting. I forget which way you are supposed to turn the "key" and how far -- is it one rotation, or one half rotation?

(i dont remember because i got this thing a year ago, wore it a couple of times, hated it, vomited after wearing it the second night.....But am now trying it again, have worn it about seven times over the lasat 10 or 11 nights....)
