Huh, soap? Never heard of that before, but I guess do what it says! My Somnomed MAS says to use partial denture cleaner. When I get up I rub it under water, then scrub lightly with my soft bristle toothbrush. After that is when I soak it for 15-20 mins in lukewarm water with partial denture cleaner.

Oh the joys of cleaning my dental device! ;)
