The only marks on the outside of the face are the small incisions for placement of the vary back screws but a few months or so after surgery, you can even find them.

You think an advancement of 7 to 10 mm would be quite noticeable but with the stretching of the soft tissue, the actual visible change is 50 to 75 percent.
