Smae for me...all done internally. I would suggest that avoid actually learning how they do the surgery without any scars. I only learned after and its pretty gross, so I am glad it was after the fact.

My incredibly brilliant and insensitive surgeon took the initiative to show me photos taken during my surgery. Ugh. I was traumatized for a week.
