Breathe better - right away, unless there are swelling issues. There may be nasal congestion as the sinuses and other related areas are moved and stretched somewhat as a result of jaw advancement.

Sleep better - probably within a couple of weeks. My sleep was excellent right away, then it got fragmented for a week. By two weeks it had settled down. Note that there was no sign of breathing cessation, but more a "rewiring" of sleep. Many people report that this rewiring goes on for many months, even a year.

Feel better - hmmm, define "feel" and "better." There are phases of feeling better. The first two weeks include lack of energy and adjustment to liquid diet. At 6 weeks fixation (bands or arch bars) are removed, and you can relearn how to chew. At three months you can do everything you want, with possibly a 20-25% drop in stamina.
