Be aware that numbers like RDI and AHI are summaries and therefore do not tell the whole story. How was your O2 saturation? Did any apneas convert to hypopneas?

Did you see an improvement in your sleep architecture (more time spent in stage 3 and REM sleep)? This can have a huge impact on your quality of life, yet it doesn't show up as a number.

I am also looking at nasal procedures to address partial but persistent congestion. I know that when I had a turbinate reduction in 2000, that had a noticeable effect on my OSA.

FYI, my blood pressure and weight did not change much at six months post-op. However, at 12 months, my BP is down significantly and I've lost over ten pounds with no conscious lifestyle changes. I think your sleep will continue to improve for at least six more months.
