I understand completely.
I went from having mild OSA to severe OSA because of EUPF surgery (modified UPPP). I have these lateral portions of my soft palette that are on the sides and vertical. I'm considering to allow my local ENT to rework my soft palette. As a result of my EUPF surgery, He suggested debulking my soft palette, pinning up lateral sections of soft palette, and installing "Pillars". Dr. P of Stanford suggested trimming the lateral soft palette, but I can't afford him again. I'm still paying for the MMA/GA via credit cards. I have an appointment this Friday with my local ENT to talk about my options again. I'll probibly just get get sinus surgery again to begin with.
