Before you spend that money for CPAP. See if your sleep doc knows of any DMEs that can supply you used, refurbished, trade-in, close-out model machines. Or check directly with the DME.
There are such devices/deals to be had. Particularly, if you are thinking that this may only be a transient use situation...and aren't convinced that it will work.
