It you want the entire process legal you need purchase it from a licensed dealer who sells CPAP. They will set the pressure for you with a copy of your script. If you buy it from an individual online you are taking a chance that it may have problems with holding pressure, etc. and you can't take it back.

Not sure if a DME will titrate a device they didn't furnish. The manufacturer will definitely not set it for you. So think about it.
