It looks like your 02 and sleep architecture were unchanged, but your AHI should be half (or less) of what it was pre-surgery. That may not be a complete cure, but it is a decent result.

At six months, your sleep is probably still normalizing. Even though I noticed immediate improvements, my sleep took almost a year to normalize.

Your REM numbers were good beforehand. Mine went from 1% to 19%. Your sleep looks like it wasn't extremely fragmented to start with.
