From my own experience, my MMA and 75% cure works better than CPAP.

On CPAP, I was never able to lower my BP, only keep it's climb in check. After MMA, my BP has lowered.

On CPAP, I was never able to lose weight, only stay at the same weight, no matter what diet or exercise I tried - frustrating! A year after MMA, I've lost well over ten pounds without any special effort.

I still intend to close the gap (~25%) if possible. So I'm not done yet.
