Weight loss after MMA/GA?
Posted by sickntired on June 08, 2006 at 11:28:03:
What is everyone's experience with weight loss after MMA/GA surgery? I know there will be a liquid diet for about 6 weeks and then soft foods for a few months after.
Has anyone experienced a significant weight loss? Was it easy to keep off with regular exercise?
I have put on about 30lbs because I am too tired to workout and dealing with depression because of lack of sleep. I am hoping the limited diet will help me shed these excess pounds.
