I've never been on BP medication. The last few years, my BP has been inching up. If I didn't do something, I knew that I would be taking medication eventually.
Now, bear in mind that my BP actually went UP many months after surgery, as did my weight. I seem to have needed some time to normalize my metabolism. Now everything is below pre-surgery.
