Not sure what the answer is but I have severe sleep apena and drool too. I cannot use cpap. My guess is mouth breathing and sleep posture. By using two pillows leaving a space to tilt my head down thus in a way that the tongue does not have the tendency to fall backward and block the air way..so I drool! Just a guess..besure to keep your doctors appointment! Good luck!
