UPPP,Septoplastt and Genioglossus Advancement

I am scheduled to have all 3 of these procedures done in mid Oct. Looking for any info about these the recovery time if done. Does anyone now about the Genioglossus procedure? Do I need to have these done at once or can I just have the nose problem fixed first? Any info would be greatly appreciated, especially regarding how these are done and the recovery time.
