Millie:

In my opinion there is no need to do all three at one time. I have never had septoplasty, but I have had UPPP and genioglossus and hyoid advancement. I feel that I tend to heal fast. UPPP, tonsils and adenoids I was back at work in a week. It helped some, but I had mandibular maxilla (sp?) advancement and then the genioglossal advancement. The only reason for having done all at once, as I see it, is to save either you or the doctor some time. In your case, your employer's attitude may make a difference.

My suggestion is to take it one step at a time, septo first, then UPPP and leave genioglossus until last.

Luck
