Not really sure if I've asked you this in the past (no doubt a side effect of my sleep apnea... :->), but did the genioglossus advancement leave any unwanted permanent side effects? I hear that there are only temporary side effects such as partial numbness to the lower lip and jaw, but i hear it usually goes away after several months. (Also I heard some people mention that their tongue felt "out of place" due to the tension created).
