Hi Lisa,

I have suffered in much the same way you are now and remember it vividly. I have found Stoma buttons for OSA and it has made life worth living again. There is just no substitute for great breathing!!! Hang in there, there is hope. Check out some of the posts on stoma buttons (good and bad) and make your own choice to try one or not.
Run a search on "stoma", "button", and "trach". There are many posts in the last 6 months. If I can be of service please feel free to email me.
