I think that I understand your aggravation. May I suggest that you not wait for the doctors to find the answer. Those of us with OSA are a 24 hour laboratory, but we are allegedly asleep when it happens. I am suggesting as I have before, learn all that you can about OSA and other sleep dissorders including upper airway resistance syndrome. You havae then completed kindergarten on sleep disorders, but in my opinion your will be 3 grades ahead of most doctors.

A committee reported to Congress in the 1990s that doctors receive very little training on sleep disorders. My point is that you shouldn't wait for your doctor to get up to 'half speed'. You may have to 'drive' the treatment.
