Well i had UUUP done on may 15. The procedure you are talking about is usually not performed by itself. They will also removed ur tonsils if you still have them, reshape back of you mouth, and shrink you tongue with radio frequency.
Problem is that this sugery is only 50/50.
Even if it work it will reduce ur apena by only
50 percent. lots of times you feel better for
a few months and then the apnea comes back.
In my case this surgery made my apnea worse.
I also have sever sleep apnea. My API went up by a few points.
after this surgery. I was also diagnosed with acid reflux a few months after the surgery.
If i have to do it over agian i will go straight for an MMA and forget about getting UUUP.
