Its very unlikely that tt will affect your voice in the long term. UUUP is not a difficult surgery to do any ENT can do it. the issue is that this operation works only 50 percent of the time (i have never met anyone who has had any kind of success with UUUP).
personaly i dont agree with the staford protocol.
If i have to do it all over again I will go for an MMA first.
