Yes, it is getting better. And I can blow out both nostrils simultaneously now without the blockage.

Unfortunately, the snoring is still bad. My Dr. truly did a LAUP. He took out the uvula and made the v-cut around it. It looks like I have two pieces of tissue that could vibrate easily on each side of the gap. Of course everything is still swollen...so i guess it's a wait and see. I don't think I can do the cup thing now. I also think my condition made CPAP impossible. I'd often get air in my stomach. I'm betting the tisse closed up and sometimes the extra pressure go redirected to the stomach.
