Turbinate Surgeries -- any success?

Posted by sickntired on December 07, 2006 at 07:04:03:

I have problems breathing through my nose, especially when I sleep. I have had 40% of my turbinates removed surgically about four years ago and I've also have a turbinoplasty -- where they do radiofrequency on them.

Is there anything else that can be done? I have been tested for allergies and am fine. I've tried all the nasal sprays and Afrin is the only one that helps.

Has anyone had all or almost all of their turbinates removed and had success without the drying?
