1. From what I've read, recovery from LAUP is fairly rapid. You should be feeling noticeably better every day.

2. The snoring may be caused by unusual swelling. See if it changes at all as the swelling goes down.

3. Good news on the turbs. I'm not sure why they get swollen, but I suspect it is due to overload. Hopefully this is a permanent improvement due to better drainage.
