Excellent news, congrats on getting through the operation. From here on out, it is a slow but mostly uneventful recuperation.

I love hearing that people notice an improvement in sleep. That is a great sign.

Make sure to get as much caloric intake as possible. That will speed the important initial bone growth and tissue recovery.

And finally, keep posting! It helps keep this current and alive as an information source.
