I'll take a stronger stance.

Unless you have a radically recessed chin, dump this guy and go with someone else.

The difference in the size of the airway when you move both upper and lower as opposed to just lower is ENORMOUS.

Mymma changed my airway from 7mm to 18mm. But each mm drastically increases volume.

Just moving the lower gets you the same benefit you would from a dental appliance...which is a lot less hassle than an MMA.

Dump this quack and find someone who knows what they are doing.
