There is one person who has posted about a botched MMA that ruined his voice (his words).

Other than that, I think the experiences have been either no change in voice quality, or maybe a small positive change.

If you think about the mechanics of voice production, the increase in volume of the airway is likely to have a good effect on projection.

I am a speaker and singer myself - and I was extremely concerned about this. For me there was a slight increase in volume and resonance.
