Thanks for all the info! Good stuff to know! I am interested in accomplishing both the apnea and the cosmetics.

My OS actually said he may suggest doing the MMA as it gets closer to surgery. I am going in for a couple more xrays and he is also sending me out for a second opinion.

On top of that, I am considering the septoplasty, as well.
